We're small and simple and have some pretty straight-forward policies. Here they are.
Important! Sometimes our policies, which appear in multiple places, get out of sync. The final, official policy associated with your reservation will be found on the website on which you make your booking, and your confirmation email.

Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 12:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancellation Policies
=As we are a small hotel, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business. Therefore our cancellation policy is as follows: All reservations must be cancelled or changed by 4:00 PM local time at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellations or changes made after that time will be charged the full deposit on file + tax OR the equivalent of the first night’s stay + tax, whichever is greater.
Reservations will be held until 11:00 a.m. the morning following your scheduled arrival date. If you have not checked in by that time, a NO-SHOW charge equivalent to the deposit on file will be charged to your credit card and the balance of your reservations will be cancelled.
Please Note: Special Policies may apply to other rate plans. Prepaid reservations may result in forfeiture of full prepayment amount. Non-Refundable Rate bookings will be charged the full amount in the case of cancellation.
A valid Credit Card is required to confirm your reservation. We require a minimum booking deposit be charged to your credit card upon booking a reservation. Deposit will be equal to the first night's room & tax.

Multiple reservations over 3 rooms under one name and/or one address source must be approved by hotel management. There is a two-night minimum stay for most holiday periods. Please make note of our Cancellation Policies.
When We Charge You
Upon creating your reservation, you will be charged for the first night's stay. This is your deposit. If you cancel within the cancellation window, this deposit will be refunded to you. We charge the balance for your stay upon check-in. Any additional expenses will be charged to your card as they are incurred.
Smoking, Candles, Incense, Essential Oils
We are a 100% non-smoking motel. Candle, incense, essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.) are prohibited. These items and activities will be treated as smoking, a fine accessed, and the guest may be evicted with no refunds. A minimum fine of $250 will be assessed -- no exceptions!
Damage to Rooms & Linens, and Excessive Cleaning Charges
At our sole discretion, we may require a damage deposit of up to $500. Any such deposit will be refunded upon checkout assuming there is no damage to the room. Regardless of whether or not a separate damage deposit is assessed at check-in (for the convenience of our guests, we prefer not to burden our guests with damage deposits and credit card holds), you agree that we may charge the credit card on file, at our sole discretion, for up to $500 for any damages that occur in your room during your stay.
Please note that this includes damage to linens: while we expect normal wear, tear, and staining, excessive damage to towels and bed linens (e.g., due to spills, using towels as work towels, pet stains, etc.) will incur a damage fee. In such an unfortunate event, we will clearly document the damage. We reserve the right to pursue any and all additional legal remedies, whether in law or at equity.
For rooms with jacuzzi tubs: please do not use bath bombs or bath oils. They ruin our jets. A minimum damage fee of $150 will be charged.
Finally, please note that if your room is excessively dirty and requires additional cleaning attention, you may be charged an extra-cleaning fee of $15 - $100.
Charges for In-Room Amenities
In our effort to be more environmentally conscious, we do not provide single-use amenities like shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and body wash: instead, we provide full-sized bottles of higher-end products which we refill and which are intended to stay in the room. Please do not take them from the rooms. There will be a $10 fee per bottle for any bottles removed from the room.
We apologize that due to the age of the motel, accessible rooms and features are not available. Kindly allow us to make suggestions for other options in the area. Also note that our "Jacuzzi Queen" rooms have two features that may be a challenge for guests with mobility limitations: 1) there are 4 steps that lead up to the door landing, and 2) the extra-large tub is 24"+ high, meaning that you will need to step over the tub rim to access the shower. Hand rails are provided but it's a big step.
Traveling with Minors
Children under 12 years of age stay free (if no extra bed is required). No minor under the age of 18 may occupy a room without an adult. Children shall not be left alone in rooms unattended.
We are dog- friendly and allow up to two dogs in all rented rooms EXCEPT our rooms with jacuzzi-style hot tubs. Sorry... NO CATS OR OTHER TYPES OF PETS ARE ALLOWED. The size limit for any one dog shall be 75 pounds. Additional dogs, larger dogs, and other pet types (e.g. cats) may be allowed ONLY with the hotel’s approval prior to arrival. The pet-friendly rate is $25 for the FIRST pet, per stay up to 7 days; each additional pet will incur a $10 per stay, up to 7 days fee. If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is needed, you agree that we may charge the credit card on file, at our discretion, up to a maximum of $500 to cover pet-related damage. Pets may not be left unattended in rooms or cars. Pets must be leashed while on the hotel property. Guests are responsible for cleaning after their pets. Service pets may accompany guests with disabilities. Please understand that should your pet disturb other hotel guests, the hotel will have no choice but to refuse further accommodation for your pet.
